It's the peak of graduation season and, parents, no matter how grave your concerns about the future of your offspring, take heart that he or she does not aspire to become a gas bag like this guy.
In a new book titled, "Can She Be Stopped?" JPod picks up the thread started by Granny Bush years ago, calling Hillary Clinton the B-word, and claiming he means it as "a virtue."
Kind of sweet, don't you think? I guess Hallmark hasn't caught on yet. I couldn't find a single Mother's Day card that echoed the sentiment, "Thanks, mom, for being such a bitch." Guess I'll have to make my own.

The wingnuts find nothing wrong with the NSA "doing its job," – which increasingly looks like the Bush administration's private bidding as a secret police force. My corner of the universe is under the spell of a prolonged low pressure system this weekend. Lots of gray skies, cold temps and rain. But, things could change. Rumor has it that Karl Rove could be indicted today. If that happens, anyone within a 100 yard radius of me should be wearing an SPF 45 sunscreen.
