Dig this exchange between Senator Al Franken (I still love saying that aloud) and a Hudson Institute drone who claimed that President Obama’s healthcare reforms would cause medical bankruptcies in the US to INCREASE.
So beautiful. So utterly, quietly beautiful.
What’s really nice is, you’re going to see a lot more of that kind of thing from him in the coming years. His staff really, really, really knows how to dig for statistics. They learned the whole Lexis thing and how to do it fast for the Lies and Lying Liars book.
The future’s so bright, and so is Al Franken.
